- Loan Document Pickup & Delivery (local areas)
- Drop-off to courier upon signing completion, with confirmation email/tracking information
- Private Office setting if required

*Travel Fees are included in loan packages within Jefferson County, KY.
· 1st and 2nd Mortgage Basic Closing: $160.00
· HELOC: $85.00
· Refinance: $210.00
· Reverse Mortgage:$290.00
· Cash Purchase Closing: $110.00
· Seller Package:$110.00
· Trusts: $180.00
· Commercial Closings: $260.00 (per copy, if lender is requiring more than 1 copy)
Other Fees and Services:
· Travel Fee Outside of Jefferson County, KY: Travel Fees are included with above packages within Jefferson County, KY. Locations beyond Jefferson County incur a $1.00/ mile round trip surcharge from 40202.
· E-Docs: additional $25.00 (Printing documents and delivering to signing appointment)
· Faxbacks/Scanbacks: $25 + $.50 per page
· Photocopies: $.75 per page
· Notary Signing Cancellation Fee: $50.00 *(Must give at least 2 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment time.)
